We’re Back! Welcome to the Northwest Louisiana District Senior Olympics website. Here you will find information about the District Olympics which produce a 30-activity celebration of health, fun, fellowship and fitness in April and May of each year. Our commitment is to bring to our area an annual event that promotes fitness and wellness. Our mission is to provide competition amid fellowship and fun to encourage healthy aging for men and women who are 50 years of age and older. Our activities are developed to be good for the body and great for the spirit. The Louisiana Senior Olympic Games (LSOG), a member of the National Senior Games, is the parent organization for the Northwest Louisiana District Senior Olympics. We are one of 10 regions of the state association and act as a qualifying event for state competition in golf, bowling singles, advanced horseshoes, table tennis, discus, javelin, shot put, dance team and advance shuffleboard. We hope you enjoy reading about our participants and our activities and you will have the information you need to COME JOIN OUR FUN!
